QualTel Telephone Service offers 1, 2 and 3 year contracts for service and includes an SLA.

SLAs reliability: 99.999% and meantime to repair is 4 hours. We keep our latency under 37ms, data delivery above 99.95% and jitter at 1.0ms.

We offer 24-Hour help desk: Our entire nationwide network is monitored 24/7 from our Network Operations Center (NOC) and if any problems occur our service department is available anytime of the day or night.
